Milkhata.com is intended to help vendors, customers (household and commercial), farmers, distributors, and milk collection centers record and manage daily milk transactions, generate bills, and simplify communication. Users must provide accurate information during registration and usage. Misuse or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination of service.
Subscription is required for certain categories of users:
A 3-month free trial is available to all categories. After this, users must select a standard or discounted plan.
Referral benefits are not applicable to Milk Collection Centers, Distributors, Vendors, and Commercial Customers.
Subscribers using referral-based discounts must complete references within 60 days. If not, standard subscription applies from the second year.
All subscribers can refer others. Referred users also enjoy the 3-month free trial. If a household customer joins before their vendor, they should refer their vendor for billing sync.
Milkhata.com reserves the right to update prices, referral schemes, or terms anytime. Continued use implies acceptance.
Personal and transaction data is only used for platform operations. We do not sell data. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
We are not liable for data loss, delays, inaccuracies, or third-party issues. Milkhata.com facilitates billing but does not ensure milk delivery or payment.
Violation of terms may result in termination without refund or notice.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
